How can we help?

Who We Are

We are a diverse community enjoying the gospel, living on mission, and pursuing multiplication.

Enjoying the Gospel

We believe that the good news of Jesus is an invitation to find true and unending joy in God, for all of life and into eternity.

Rooted in Community

Life with Jesus comes with a new family. We’re more than play-cousins, we’re brothers and sisters, maturing together in the love of God.

Living on
Mission

What do you do with good news? You share it. We seek to make the love of Jesus known and experienced. That’s life on mission.

Pursuing Multiplication

The mission of God can’t be contained. We desire to be a part of birthing new diverse and vibrant communities centered on the gospel throughout the 757 and beyond.

Join us on a Sunday Morning

Here’s what to expect when you visit Mission Church on a Sunday Morning

Arrive

Our gathering begins at 10:30 AM and ends around 12:00 PM. Look for Mission Church signs directing you to the parking lot and main entrance.

Have Kids?

Our Mission Kids Team will be glad to care for your children ages infant–10 years during our gatherings. Our hospitality team will direct you to our check-in stations.

Singing

We gather to make much of Jesus together at Mission Church every Sunday. One way we do that is through singing. You can expect various contemporary worship songs and timeless hymns sung enthusiastically to our Savior.

Bible Teaching

You can expect to hear a teaching from the Bible that centers the gospel of Jesus and nurtures your faith towards loving God and loving your neighbors.

Connect with Us

During the week (every other week), we gather in homes in neighborhoods across the city to enjoy one another as family and to follow Jesus together in all of life. We currently have community groups that meet in Colonial Place, Park Place, Larchmont, and Virginia Beach.
